Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll make it right by offering a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

• Items that have been used or damaged after delivery

• Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
